Hi,

It seems the peer review tool which should be displayed for me is only visible when i visit an article which is under review from a mobile browser on my phone.

I have tried scaling and resizing the desktop browser's window to make the div appear, but it does not show at the top of the page where it should. Is this something which needs fixing? i'm ok peer reviewing from a phone for now, but i thought it best to point it out :)

I am using firefox (latest version) with adblock edge disabled on gamedev.net, noscript with full permissions to run javascript granted to the domain.

On my phones, both the stock android browser and google chrome work as expected.
