The chat is buggy as hell. Last time this happened, somehow the user count was set to -1, causing this error to show up. I'm quite positive that's what happened this time.

Well I just poked around the admin interface and there's nothing I can do, as far as I can tell, so you'll just have to wait until a staff member has a chance to look at it.
