Austrian Indie Studio „Das Humankapital“ is happy to announce that „Atomic Butcher: Homo Metabolicus“, the sequel to their 2004 title „Atomic Butcher“, will be released mid September 2016 on Steam for Windows PC/Mac/Linux.
Ravage the post-apocalyptic earth once again as the world's hungriest mutant – the ATOMIC BUTCHER – who is on an eternal quest for fresh meat in this over-the-top, fast-paced platformer with 360° shooting. Kill your enemies in a multitude of ways – Pee them to death, throw corpses of slain enemies on them, electrocute them, drop chainsaws on them – and then EAT THEM!
The original Atomic Butcher was released as freeware back in 2004, an indie game from a time before indie games were on the radar for most gamers. Despite that, it became quite popular among lovers of gory retro-games with a love for decidedly off-beat humor.
