Hi, i''m writing a game in C with BGI(Borland Graphics Interface) in SVGA mode(640*480*256) and the problem is, i''m showing the stars with white color, then i load the spaceship( bitmap ) that will change the palette, and when i display the bitmap on the screen the stars becomes green. Anyone knows the solution to this problem ? Thank you... rdsp_@hotmail.com When nothing is sure, nothing is impossible.

You''ll have to find out yourself what color is white. One way is to write out *all* colors on a row:

int x;
for (x = 0; x < 256; x++) putPixel(x, 0, x);

Then you''ll see where all your desired colors are.
