Ok..I know there is an easier way to make primitives with D3D then to just define all the points in a structure like so: struct CUSTOMVERTEX { FlOAT x, y, z; DWORD Color; }; then further down in the InitGeometry Function CUSTOMVERTEX g_Vertices = { 1.0f, 0.0f, -1.0f, Oxggrro0000,}, BLAH BLAH BLAH! }; This becomes very hard once you want to create cylinders and stuff.... I know there are some kind of formulas involving Theta or something because i have seen it in books...and i know this is common direct3d knowledge...but i have no idea where to start with this..please help. Thanks..

Either use the D3DX functions to create primitives either learn to load and display 3d models(a bit though).

What the hells!
