Does anyone know how to load an .exe from a running programming? -BM-

Assuming that by ''load an .exe'', you mean execute it ... you can use ShellExecute() in Windows.

OS-specific. Windows - ShellExecute() is probably the most robust method, but there are others. *nix - fork(). You might also want to look up the spawn*() and exec*() family of C functions.
