The one feature I''m looking for is a way to take a single image file which contains all the frames of animation for a sprite, and separate those frames into individual image files. Also, if anyone knows of a photoshop plugin or action that can do this I''d like to know

Why would you want them in speparate image files? I like to make mine a nice vertical strip. Easy on the eye''s and on the video memory Personally I use Photoshop and MSPaint. I do a lot of frame positioning and editing in Paint. Seriously.

Always remember, you''''re unique. Just like everyone else.

The problem is I''m using a library (clanlib), and a sprite library was just released for it that reads sprite animations from individual files. I''ve already made my own sprite functions which can read the frames vertically, horizontally, on multiple rows/columns etc., however I want to be able to use the features in the new library which I haven''t figured out yet on my own. (openGL scaling, etc). So, I have to get something that can split my sprite images into their composite frames, or get the guy who''s doing the library to add support for multiple-frame images
