As is it is just a text document. Is it meant to be played by a rule set like board games?

even if we ignore the fact that this could be made into a playable html5 game in < a day... every single part of this is broken/missing rules.  Basic things like listing 1 crop when 2 are initially planted, prices for selling crop but no price to grow them, the money ?from/for? workers is listed as both 6 and 10 dollars... And then the fact that playing on a board with so many squares by hand would be incredibly tedious.
Maybe the actual alpha will be better?
