Water and blood

Is human blood a mix of cells and water molecules? What happens when the ingested water gets into the small intestine? Does it get absorbed and become part of our blood?

Did you try researching real-life vampire cults and the aftereffects of blood consumption? That information must be out there, and it's unlikely that any of us would have the knowledge you seek.
