When I start my computer, it someties runs the computer''s cpu at 99% over one process called services.exe. I obviously can''t do anything almost, since I don''t even have like 1% of cpu. So booted up with f8. Choosed debug mode, and it works. The computer runs fine, but now the System Idle Process is taking up the 99%, but it doesn''t really. weird. neways, no big problem. It was due for a reformat anyways. I wanna know: what does the System Idle Process do?

Okay, how about this: Take a dictionary and look up what "idle" means please

Then you''ll figure out why "system idle process" is taking up 99% when you''re not doing anything
