Need help to overcome knowledge gaps from Experienced Game producers and Executive producers

Hlo, My fellow Game dev.net Members

My name is Aksh and I'm an Enthusiatic gamer with a crazy amount of curiosity and respect for Video games in the co-op and psychological + Adventure genre. I've always been curious about videogames.

And I'm approaching an age where I need to make a decision to what I want to do in my life for a living which needs to be my strength. So, I'm exploring my career option in videogame industry and I've been a gamer since I was 7-8 years old.

So, I know a thing or two about the stories emotional aspect and gameplay mechanics and worlds that I loved in videogames.

But , like every curious person in every industry I have some question, and I need help from people who've worked as “Game producers” or “Executive producers” help me understand a few Nuanced questions I have before I pitch the idea for the videogame that I have. I'd like to get all the help I need, so I believe you all will guide me and so will I whenever a discussion is needed ( I promise ✌)

I assume you're going to ask those questions sometime in the near future? But You're not pitching to producers - you're pitching to executives (VP level) and marketing people… if you can get past their refusal to hear pitches from outsiders (you sound like you're not employed in the game industry). I'm an experienced game producer and exec producer (Atari, Activision, Yahoo…) , and I've heard lots of pitches, and I wrote a couple of articles about pitching.
