Statistical Analyzation with Structure Flow Depiction used for Designing Software Architecture

This should be very easy to follow I am already assuming, so this forum seemed like the best place to plant this idea. First you need efficient timers and profiler that is capable of logging all the sampled data corresponding to the order and depth of the statistics which still requires analyzation of samples; this is of course for objects, methods and blocks being regarded together. A diverging structure based on flow can be determined and analyzed.
One can generate a new structure with the same behavior, although exposing certain hot paths and overhead can be determined. This could assist in restructuring software architecture especially if special tools are utilized and developed to produce automated generation of documentation. It would be very beneficial, in regards to smaller or mid-sized architectures, otherwise you could redesign only a certain part of the architecture if at will.
There are many paths you can take if one thinks about it. What does everyone else think about this method of designing software architecture. As you can start with a simple design and expose logic, along with statistics that can be analyzed, to evolve a much greater degree of performance when conducting a evolved architecture compared to the original. How does everyone see this idea, does anyone think it would be useful?
