If your looking for somthing cheeper than 35$ an hour I''d be willing to make you one free, so long as I can have some kind of credits. (2 lines at the bottom of the pages or somthing). I know HTML, plus some basic JScript and Flash. Can''t really write cgi but I might be able to find some and set them up, no promises though. Anyway, here''s my site (still under construction, took me about 3 days to make).
