How many bytes does it take you to create an x with the size of an arm at a predetermaned length? NOTE:It MUST have right angles between 2 arms Me, well in QB... 1293... (After some code pilfering)

not that anyone takes you seriously at all, but hey, i'm bored...
the paradox is not in the answer, it is in the mutual exclusiveness of your statements.
i.e. you say the dumb only think the smart are dumb, then say the dumb think the dumb are dumb. the same goes for the smart. so, basically, in two sentences you made less sense than a dumb third grader.
seriously, why don't you wait until after puberty to post in a serious forum.

Someone really should note that neither of the above two C / C++ programs will work as both of them make calls to undefined functions. Now if you had included standard headers like iostream.h or stdio.h, I would have no complaint. Same thing goes for if you had defined your own output routines. This would probably compile much smaller than a program written using standard libraries. But really, his question was most unclear in this respect: Was he talking about compiled size, or code size? If he was talking about code size, is this meant to include the standard libraries? In either case, do we count whitespace or not? Yes, that question was defanitly a little bit unclear.
