I like "3D Computer Graphics" 3rd edition by Alan Watt. I think it was written in 99 or maybe even later.

Computer Graphics Principles and Practice has an updated version coming out on Friday, Jan 18. Even though it may be older, I still consider it the BEST text for computer graphics. In fact it usually is the first book I look in if I have a specific question about something.
