I am currently just using notepad to plan out my game, anyone know of any good freeware/shareware programs that they used?
Dude! You aren''t even using a real word processor? God help you.

heh, i take it that you all use word
...or SOMETHING. Hell, Notepad is one step up from the quill pen. The ability to at least make bulleted lists comes in handy.

I like typing as much as anyone but sometimes an old-fashioned pen and paper can be better. A computer is more formal where a pen is more intuitive. Let''s your ideas flow easier,

Pen..and..paper..? Interesting concept.

Serioulsy though if it weren''t for school I probably wouldn''t write much of anything by hand. If I come up with an idea I usually remember to write it down on the computer. Well, whatever works I guess.

There are a programmers and non-programmers sections and a freeware section under the non-programmers part.
Pen and paper is the best for me, at least for preliminary design. The computer radiate bad anti-creative vibe for me.
