How many hours would you spend playing games (computer, console, etc). I have been playing about 6 hours a week (EEEKKK!!!). Recently, I was unable to stay focused on writing code...grrrrr I always convince myself - it''s research... _____________________________________________________ ICQ #: 149510932 Google - OpenGL - DirectX - Windows Guide Network - MSDN - Symantec Virus Info "Imagination is more important than knowledge." - Albert Einstein

I play games about 7 hours out of the week. More if you count the time I spend with Minesweeper when I''m trying to get online.

Most of my time is spent with DirectX or learning Q3Radiant as of late.

You know you''re a programmer when your computer is like family. When it''s more like a lover, you need help.

Recently I''ve been playing only a couple of hours a week, but that''ll probably increase when the holidays start and exams end. When I''m on holidays I sometimes spend up to a few hours a day gaming, but I have to find something that I really enjoy. I think I''ve gone from hardcore gamer to casual gamer. Interestingly enough, when I was gaming a lot more I was writing more code too.
That''s all PC gaming btw, and a lot of it online.

I bought a game about three months ago and played it for twenty minutes. I might have played another game that I purchased a year or so ago that I played for half an hour or so. I played Thief for a few hours every evening for about three weeks when I was doing that, which was about three years ago.

In the past few months I played a few sessions of Freecell. I think I''ll fire that up right now and have a go at a few more sessions.

It has been a long time since I played any game, although this past weekend I downloaded a shareware game that I''m trying to finish. I have time to play it for only a couple hours per day at most.

My biggest time-waster is checking the different forums on the Web, but yesterday I made a resolution to stop checking them except in the morning and evening for one time.

Come this summer break I think that I will start playing games again.
