I find that there are exceedingly few websites for accurate and up-to-date C++ information. cpp-home and cplusplus.com still use old headers, meaning they are teaching non-standard functionality and behavior. I''ve been getting in touch with some of them to try to change this, and have met with some success. I recommend using them purely for language syntax and semantics, and resources like the SGI STL site (see sig) for accurate information on the STL (and IOStreams, to some extent). MSDN (see sig) is also a good choice.
