Hi, I''m just wondering how to use SetColorKey() in a truecolour resolution. Correct me if I''m wrong but dont you set up a structure and defining which colours you want to exclude? Thus, the colour-RANGE not the actual colours. I understand that it will work in palettized mode but how do I define a colourrange in true/hi-colour? Thanks, Newbie

use the RGB macro.
for example

dwColorKeyLow = RGB(0,0,0);
dwColorKeyLow = RGB(255,255,255);

okay, this would actually make everything transparent, but i think you get the idea

Thanks,

I assume you meant: dwColorKeyLow = RGB(0,0,0);
dwColorKeyHIGH = RGB(255,255,255);

You named both ''dwColorKeyLow''!
So I just transform the colours i want to colourkey, like you did?

OK, thanks, great!

I''m pretty sure that''s what Ridcully meant . You also want to be careful that you don''t set transparency to a color that you WANT to be seen in your images.
