Ideas Needed, programming optional

I''m working pretty much by my self on Sphereal, (www.sphereal.com) a browser based strategy game. I''m about halfway done, and at this point I need a/some person/people to help come up with and test the formulas and systems that will drive the game. Also I need help refining the technology tree. I''ll also need admins to help with the betas, and eventually to moderate forums and deal with cheaters and all of that stuff, so permanent administration positions are definitely also available.
