Is C or C++ neccesary in order to learn Visual C++.I am currently learning Visual C++ but i do not have experience in C or C++.I do have experience on other languages though.

Visual C++ is an IDE. C and C++ are languages. To be able to use an IDE effectively you need to know the language(s) the IDE is supposed to be used for, so, yes you should learn C and/or C++ if you plan on using Visual C++.

The wording of your question leads me to believe that you are infact learning C++.
