Task-Manager...

Is there any way to emulate the task manager using visual basic? For example, I want to be able to run a program from visual basic while storing the running program to a listbox. Now I know how to use the shell command to run executeables, but I''m not certain how the keep track of the running programs (just as window''s task manager...), and I would also like to be able to unload the program from the visual code... Can this be accomplished, and how? TIA ''Gain
