Programmer...

Hi. I have been programming for two years now. I have a decent knowledge of the Windows API. With school out, I'm fixing to start learning opengl pretty heavy. I am trying to get into game programming, but realizing this is a difficult process, I feel the best way to get going is to experience it first hand. I would like to join a project, preferably one more on the hobby side of things, so that I can get some experience. I can contribute at least a little, if not in programming, I am extremely gifted with math, so I can help with figuring out the more number chauked part of the project.
