I want to send ms-dos .txt files over a com port threw a null-modem cable with a program written in C++ and MFC. But which library and/or functions do you know exist to open the com-port and send the data threw and at the other side retreive the data. thanx in advance

if you want to use VB there is a control called MS Comm control or something that I think can use COM ports. There is also a program at www.sstnet.com called DriverLINX Port I/O that can do port access
