I''m looking for another coder for my futuristic RPG project. I haven''t decided graphics style or anything exept that it''ll be futuristic and realistic like crouch, prone, climb, jump(but nothing like in ultima thou). I have done some work with engine, but it has been frozen for some time, because of my school work, but now I''m developping it again. Of course the programmer must know Java and I don''t want very newbie guys who just think they want make new Fall Out or something. I have couple of name proposals but the strongest is Gates of Destiny. This game will be Pure-Java application and if you have only J++ experience forget about it. I have also been thinking some things about graphics look and I''d love to make it "anime" style. I''ve been thinkin that i''ll make this project much like NetHack so that I can upgrade it all the time. Do you plan to make a 3D or 2D RPG ?

I''m interesting in your project, but I''m not a advanced JAVA programmer.
I''m only working with JAVA since 6 months, making applets and servlets, using JDBC, but not AWT nor Java2D.

I''ve written a DirectDraw7 2D side scrolling engine with Delphi, which works :o)

It''ll be 2d game which looks little bit Exile with serveral major differences
