I think it would be a good idea to create a section where users can put open source of games they have written or game engines for others to use and perhaps a single thread top comment about it. Things like sdk''s there working on

Well we have the GD Showcase, and it''s certainly within your rights to include your game''s source code with the download if you so wish.
