I''m using the '' printf(" text goes here \n"); '' statement but my compiler says "Call to undefined function ''printf''." Can someone tell me what is wrong here? I remember a tutorial I read a while back that had the "printf" command in it so I think it''s a problem with my headers that I included! I currently have the following headers: iostream.h conio.h windows.h Master Conjurer

Search google for future reference stuff like this or msdn: http://search.microsoft.com/us/dev/?MSCOMTB=ICP_SEARCH%20MSDN

#include <stdio.h> //this is a C-lib

which means that you can use printf and scanf etc.

#include <iostream>
using namespace std; //this is C++

which means that you can use cout and cin etc.
Redefining the problem... is not SOLVING the problem!
