MCI command strings with stretching

I currently find trouble with using MCI command strings for stretching an avi movie to double size (by "put" command). The movie can run on some machines only, not all, although in MSDN says it is possiple. Could someone give me any idea? Thanks in advanced.

Have you tried running the movie on those machines without the stretching? What codec is the movie encoded in? Is that codec installed on the other machines?

yes, the AVI movie can stretch on some machines and not on some other ones. The movie is encoded by Indeo 5.10 and I''m sure all the machines have installed the appropriate video codecs. The evidences is all machines can display the movie with original size, but stretching to double size. I don''t know whether there is a method to enable stretching using MCI? Many thanks.
