Programmer/Developer Professional Flexible Remote

I'm a developer looking for 1–2 people who want to seriously build and release commercial games together. My background: • Unreal Engine • Unity • Gameplay programming • Multiplayer / networking • Backend development • Rapid prototyping and game systems The goal is not just to experiment or make unfinished hobby projects. We want to create complete, polished products that we can actually release and sell. Because of that, I'm looking for people who can be consistently involved over time. Everyone has work and personal responsibilities, so I'm not expecting this to be a full-time job, but every member should be willing to regularly invest meaningful time into the project and take responsibility for their part of the game. I'm especially interested in meeting: • 3D artists • Technical artists • Animators • Level / environment designers • Game designers who can also build content • Strong generalists I don't want to immediately jump into a huge multi-year project. The idea is to start small, build a prototype together, see how well we work as a team, and gradually move toward a complete commercial release. Ideally: • Small team — around 2–4 people • PC / Steam focused • Commercial mindset • Realistic project scope • Strong gameplay concepts • Rapid prototyping and iteration • Consistent weekly involvement • Everyone actively contributing rather than occasionally checking in I'm looking for people who enjoy both the creative side of making games and the discipline required to actually finish them. We don't need to agree on everything from day one. We can explore ideas together and choose projects based on what the team is capable of producing well. But the long-term intention should be clear: build games, finish them, release them, learn from them, and keep making better products together. If this sounds like what you're looking for, send me your portfolio / previous work, what you specialize in, what kinds of games you'd like to make, and roughly how much time you could consistently dedicate to a project.
