Looking for team to make large scale Voxel Dragon survival game

Hi I'm looking for a small to medium sized team that is looking for a long term project. I am new to game development but have been researching and planning this game for about 2-3 months. I took some coding classes in middle/Highschool but I'm mostly trying to focus on major development decisions that will hopefully lead to a fully playable experience like that of Minecraft or Hytale with inspiration from How to train your dragon. I will be honest this is way over my capabilities and i want to learn the ins and outs of managing a team (even if its from the sidelines) because game creation is my passion but I'm mostly just an idea guy that will put in lots of time doing research.
