So i'm having a problem here. The code will go into an infinite loop or seems to break and the population seems to stop growing at a low number. But this only happens sometimes.โฆ

I have a black and white heightmap image where rivers/ocean is black land is progressively whiter as it gets higher (as a heightmap does) I want to be able to place a popโฆ
