Arm says its Mali GPU plus on-chip neural tech can now make Unreal Engine MegaLights viable on mobile, with Neural Dawn as the demo. For teams shipping on Android, the big deal is getting dynamic lighting, ray tracing, and 60 fps-style upscaling without blowing the power budget.
