About This Project

Hello everyone! 👋

Thank you so much for the amazing feedback on the recent updates. I’ve been working hard to bring ZpriteForge closer to desktop-level professional tools, and today’s v1.2 update is a massive leap forward.

✨ WHAT'S NEW IN V1.2:

📐 Custom Canvas Dimensions: You are no longer restricted to square grids! You can now type in any custom Width and Height (e.g., 64x32 or 128x64) and create the exact aspect ratio you need for your games.

🎨 Pre-made Retro Palettes: Working on a retro game? You can now instantly load classic palettes directly from the Colors menu. Choose from GameBoy, NES, PICO-8, or Vaporwave, and get perfectly matched colors instantly.

🚀 Quick Spritesheet Export: Exporting for your game engine has never been faster. Right next to the Quick PNG/GIF buttons, there is a new "Sheet" button. One click exports your entire timeline as a ready-to-use spritesheet.

🖥️ Wider, Professional UI: The interface has been completely redesigned with a wider properties panel and a sleek, distraction-free welcome screen inspired by industry-standard software.

ZpriteForge is still 100% FREE, runs directly in your browser, and requires no downloads or sign-ups.
