Letters from the Front is an atmospheric 2D war game inspired by World War II.
You play as a comander in a small squad. Between missions, you interact with your comrades, build relationships, receive and write letters, and make choices that affect the story.
Gameplay includes:
Gunfights
Cover-based combat
Grenades
Limited ammo
Squad members
Different mission objectives
Meaningful choices and consequences
The main idea: characters can die permanently. A soldier you've spent hours with can be killed during the next mission, changing the story and your squad.
Looking for a team
The project is currently in the concept / early prototype stage.
Looking for a small international team:

This is currently a hobby / passion project. No payment at the moment, with potential revenue share if the game is eventually released commercially.
