Home is easy to point to and much harder to reach. In Red Passport: Deported, the protagonist is deported from Japan to Vladivostok with no money. Moscow is roughly 9,000 kilometres away. I’m Stanislav, the solo developer, releasing the game as Stop-TussiN. The project is a first-person adventure built around that journey. Between cities, the player can hitchhike or travel on freight trains. Hitchhiking is free but risky; freight travel is fast, cold and dirty. The choice of transport is part of the difficulty of getting home. The smaller actions give the trip its local scale. Unloading a truck, finding a lost cat and repairing a fence are ways to earn money. Stations, markets and roadside cafés offer places to explore, and conversations with people along the way move the story forward. The screenshot shows a highway sign putting Moscow more than 9,000 kilometres away. That is the scale of the main goal; the next task can be as ordinary as finding a job nearby. This is the sequel to Red Passport: Ticket to Russia, but the first game is not required to understand the story. A free demo is available on Steam; the screenshots and overall project description should not be read as a list of everything in that demo. Try the free demo and wishlist the game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4380730/Red_Passport_Deported/?utm_source=gamedevnet&utm_medium=organic_post&utm_campaign=demo_wishlist_2026&utm_content=20260913_project_journey If you try it, which part of finding your next step was clearest, and which part needed more guidance?
