Game Editor - Rant

Starting hacking on a little game editor to suit my style of prototyping and figured I'd share some progress. Think trying to do this sort devloggin could be good to keep me motivated. It'd be fun to get into some details or conversations with other folks who find this type of stuff exciting.

I've been focusing on a workflow that allows me to build most of my level geometry in the editor. This editor is heavily inspired by the old quake engine. Allowing me to mutate my topology in simple ways so I'm not as reliant on finding art from external sources. I'm DEFINITELY not a modeler so this has actually been a fun way to get more familiar with mesh editing packages like Blender as well.

Anyway - hope you all enjoy an ugly set of stairs! If folks find this sort of thing interesting I'd be happy to do a tech blog on the technical bits or go into more specifics.
