revenue share. Full ownership of assets contributed if you pull from the project. Freedom to license out your assets as you see fit. This is a volunteer role. This is not something to work on UNLESS YOU WANT TO. No commitments or obligations are expected on your part. You will not be rushed, you will not be nagged or micromanaged, and our project has 3 different fictional nations and cultures for plenty of creative freedom. The only thing I ask is just whatever you do do it the best way that makes you proud of it. Whether it’s here on this team, or moving to another.

Decision process

I take sole responsibility of all project decisions at the moment as I am a solo dev. I have been working on this for around 4-5 years now. I started the writing and lore building around 14 years ago. That kind of gives me all the authority right now. However as new members are brought on board they will take on some of those capabilities themselves. I don’t expect to own everything just cause I started writing up and coding up a concept for a few years straight. This is not a micromanagement department. We are a team and we will always work as a team. Everyone gets a chance to submit on ideas and everyone gets to hear and review those ideas. This is something you can join even as a hobby or just to muse around in for a while. Please do not think this is a job or job replacement.
