Project Manager

You'd help keep the project organized as the team grows. This includes keeping track of what people are working on, making sure departments communicate with each other, organizing tasks, and bringing problems to the creative director before they become bigger problems. You wouldn't be telling people how to do their jobs; you'd help make sure everyone knows what needs to happen and when.

There can be up to 3 Project Managers.

Strong organization and communication skills are required. Previous experience managing a team, project, community, or similar group is preferred. You should be comfortable keeping track of multiple departments at once and communicating professionally with people who may have very different roles.
