Hello.
I'm looking for a program/plugin that would allow me to draw pixel art with rounded edges. As pictured, but in high definition. I know that there is a noise and median setting in PaintNet, and it's nearly what I want. But the problem is, that there's no PaintNet on Mac. I also know about the Cutout rendering option in Unity, but I don't work in it (I work in GMS).

This is what i got from Photoshop after drawing 3 pixels and then:
Upscale with nearest neighbor filter
Apply gaussian blur
Apply Levels with such settings:

I did upscale by factor 10. Should have taken a higher value, then quality and tuning options would be better.
Automation would be possible with recording an action. Maybe good enough for you.
