Real Life

Don't normally post a lot of real life stuff in this journal, but I feel the need to share tonight and hope that it might put some of my recent silliness about the new site into perspective.

In short, I've suffered a complete mental collapse, become suicidal, been signed off as sick, no longer have my job, have been assigned a mental health link worker, given access to a 24 hour crisis service and tried today to leave my new partner and family. Happily the last issue is resolved and I am back, and we have talked at length about ways that we can adjust the way we do things so help me cope so I hope that moving forward things will improve.

I have a hell of a long, uphill road ahead of me dealing with a lot of very personal stuff from my childhood that I won't go into and I'm sure that it is going to get a lot worse before it gets better, especially after watching what my sister has gone through over the last year, but I'm seeking the help now, taking the advice and prepared to give it a go.

Sorry this isn't the usual type of entry from me but I needed to share.
