Beastly Menus

Because only a few menus are needed for this game, I pushed through and got most of them done today. Created some UI elements like buttons, and then created each menu and got them working. The main menu, the game slot select menu, then level select menu, and the pause menu.

Menus are one of my weakest areas so this took me a long time. Still needs a bit more work, but I'm still pretty happy with how they turned out.
