Sharing the realities of being a solo dev of 5 years
Thought to share what I've experienced as a solo dev over the years in the industry and what it felt chasing after publishers over and over. Some of the things I've talked about in the past, some of you might've read it at one point. This time however, I grabbed my phone and recorded a long-winded video about the past few years of my life. Some of the topics mentioned are somewhat controversial and mostly for beginners, but others dive deep into the realities of not living in the West and/or close to any meaningful hub that could cater to the gaming scene. Talking about marketing, making games, mental health and everything in between. Sharing this in case someone finds it useful, or is going through some of the same things and needs a little bit of break from all of this nightmare.
