Today I bough a CD that I already own the record of. Afterwards I thought about it and wondered if it would be legal for me to have downloaded the songs and burnt them to CD, I do already own them in one form. Does anyone know about this? As far as I can understand, no. The "One Copy" rule only (correct me if I''m wrong) applies to, in your case, a copy of the CD.
