You shouldn't have to worry about support *chuckle* my friend lived in india for about a year and has repeatedly told me how one of the computer gurus fixed an on-board sound card that was causing a crash... He took a hack saw to it... no joke. The funny thing is that it supposedly worked! I still laugh when I hear or tell the story... the guy hacked a chunk out of the motherboard for goodness sake!!! just cut the sound card off...

I hope this helps remove your fears of bieng support less.

Yes! Got myself a nice shiny Dell 8500 Inspiron today. Very nice.

(It''s not exactly light though! It''s like a slab of metal. Together with its carrying case it weighs much more than i expected. )
