New game idea

Hi, I've been designing a game called Dark World: The blue crystal. Its sorta similar to the early Zelda games. The object is to find 5 crystals which, when melded together, provide the only passage home. I need a good character name, and the one I'm using now is Dameon Hartwyn, but that doesn't sound very good. I was just wondering if anybody has a good name which I might be able to use. Get brainstorming, folks!

Let me get this straight, you want us to think of intellectual property for you? If you can''t think of a creative name just use something simple like Jack. It always works and not too many people are gonna care (I personally don''t).

Back in the day when character names were restriced to 4 characters (i.e. Final Fantasy Adventure for the Game Boy, or Secret of Mana), I always chose Will. It sounds like a hero''s name to me.

Then have the main character as the quiet member of a group, so that when every big conversation comes up, everyone ends up saying "what about Bob?"

dont leave a default name, just let the player to input the name they want.

Yeah... the choosing is the best part... but give them 20 or so characters for the name...
