Active Topics

Several people have suggested this before, and I think it''s a good idea. I''m not sure whether it''ll make it into the initial release, though, since we need to do a feature freeze if we''re ever going to get it out the door.

Yeah, I meant to mention it a long time ago but just never did. Are you guys to the feature freeze point? That''d be great. I''d offer to help implement it the active topic feature, but I''ve only worked with php for forum software. Holding off on this and any other ideas in exchange for releasing the forums is a Good Thing (tm).
