When I right click a link and "Open in New Window," the new window is rediculously small. How can I get them to open full-screen like they used to?

New IE windows open the same size as the umaximized size of the last closed IE window. Thus, open IE, unmaximize if needed, resize the window to the desired size, and close it.

Nope. Nothing doing. If it matters, the problem started when I made by taskbar cover half the screen. Ever since then, windows have peen popping up at dimensions that would have been "fullscreen" with the hige taskbar.

That only works randomly. About 1/1000th of the time.

That worked. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you look outside of gamedev. *scowl*

EDIT: Nevermind. That program sucks. I praised it before testing it properly. I don't know what it does, but it sure doesn't fix anything.

Right on, Raduprv. I''m still looking for a registry hack.

EDIT: BAH! Yet another useless tip! This one actually worked the first time. Now it doesn't work! I've never hated Microsoft until now.

You can manually do it with a registry hack.

BTW, what Extrarius said applies only to Ctrl+N windows, not to the "open in ne wwindow" windows.

Just tried it. Works fine for opening a link in a new window. With any of this though, you must make sure the last window you close is not a maximized one. Although I''m just basing this off my experience.

I didn''t try it myself, but you did have IE closed while editing the registry, right? Otherwise it probably overwrote your values when it exited... some apps do that.
