I''ve been testing a game demo of mine on different machines and have noticed that they can be very picky about what version of "Opengl32.dll." If a machine wants version 4 and I give it version 5, it won''t run at all. (Some error about IsWow64Process not found in Kernel32.dll) If a machine wants version 5 and I give it version 4, the frame goes to about 10% and everything turns blue-green. - Is there a way to detect what version of "Opengl32.dll" the system will want? Or even better yet, does this DLL come installed on certain operating systems? Oh the frustration.
Or what? You'll send the dogs? Or the bees? Or the dogs with bees and when they bark they shoot bees at you?

This DLL should be present on all versions of Windows since 95 OSR2. It should not be bundled with your program.

If it''s what you''re doing: you should not be providing opengl32.dll with your application. Every version of Windows except Windows 95 should have it installed by default. Either leave it up to the OS (the chance the DLL isn''t installed is less than the chance that your provided DLL is incorrect for one reason or another) or include something like GLsetup with your application if you''re a bit paranoid (not sure if GLsetup handles opengl32.dll, but it''s at least meant to make sure the user can find proper drivers).
