Hi, I need to buy a notebook... I need a light and thin computer with a pretty good price-quality-performance relation... Thanks

....
your point is?

Seriously, if you're gonna start a thread, think it out for a few seconds first.
What are you asking us?
Do you want information on prices, brands, specs, etc?
Do you want advice on what to get? We need a question and some infortmation to go with it, such as your price range, the specs you want, what you intend to use it for, etc...

I got an HP, somethingorrather. It''s thin and light I guess. Not the lightest, but for the performance I get, I''ll take the extra weight. Check out the Intel m-class processors. They''re nice

Dell has 40 minute wait times on their service calls in my experience. They will also not replace screens for dead pixels unless they have more than seven dead pixels.

I have a Dell Latitude D500. I haven''t had any other notebooks so I can''t really compare how light/thin it is to anything else. I also didn''t pay for it so I can''t say how good the price was.

Not so long ago, a co-worker had his identical laptop have the HDD fail. When the UPS guy showed up with a replacement, he said he felt like a delivery guy for Dell because of how often their stuff breaks.

At least they had it replaced the next day.
