Hi, how can I in visual c++ .NET show a form window that in run-time, the user could not scale it or move it in the screen?

For resizing you can change the FormBorderStyle to Fixed.

I think making it non-movable is going to be more difficult without resorting to intercepting messges in the message loop. A cheap solution would be to set a LocationChanged event hander and reset the location back to the original location. The user would be able to drag the window but it would "snap back" on the mouse release.

What are you trying to do (more specifically)?
